OUR STORY

The Assembly was formed in 1976 and was renamed in 1998 to honor our most famous alumnus, David Copperfield. 

 

We meet monthly from September through June at the Stoney Brook Grille,1285 Route 28, North Branch, NJ.  Meetings begin at 7:30 PM. Many members arrive early (5:30 PM) to enjoy a pre-meeting dinner.  Menu 

 

Throughout the year, we have lectures from professional magicians, "Teach-A-Trick" nights, an annual members' competition plus a December Holiday party.  Our Calendar details the theme for each meeting.

 

Annual dues are $25 - collected in September of each year with an additional $10 charged for lecture nights. Guests are always welcome. Guest fees ($15) are collected for lecture meetings.  At non-lecture meetings, guests are welcome for free.

Out of the area Zoom visitors can get access to 9 of our 10 meetings (the 10th is our holiday party) for $20 via PayPal. We promise fun and at least 2, most likely 4, magicians' lectures.
